Simtel Master Service Agreement

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or interacting with the Simtel platform (including website and physical service centers), you enter into a binding legal agreement with Simtel Communications Pvt. Ltd. ("Simtel"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately terminate your session and cease usage of our assets.

As an Apple Authorized Reseller and Service Provider, our operations are also subject to Apple’s global compliance standards. Violation of these terms may result in the immediate suspension of your SIMTEL ID.

User Conduct & Liability

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your SIMTEL ID.

  • 01.You shall not use the service for any illegal experimentation or testing of order processing systems.
  • 02.Any attempt to "scrape" data or reverse-engineer the Simtel interface will lead to permanent IP-level blocking.
  • 03.Simtel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products purchased.

Order & Fraud Policy

Simtel maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding any misuse of our ordering system.

Misuse includes, but is not limited to: creating dummy orders to test system responsiveness, deliberate refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason, or providing false delivery coordinates.

Enforcement Policy:

Evidence of fraud will result in an immediate and permanent lifetime ban of your SIMTEL ID and associated phone number. We reserve the absolute right to initiate civil or criminal proceedings under the Information Technology Act and Indian Penal Code for harassment or economic disruption.

Delivery Policy

All high-value asset transfers (Apple hardware) are performed by specialized logistics personnel. Delivery is currently limited to the Twin City (Bhubaneswar & Cuttack) region.

"While Simtel strives for 100% fulfillment, we acknowledge that unforeseen logistical bottlenecks, weather events, or security concerns may render a delivery impossible. We operate on a 'Best Effort' delivery guarantee and appreciate your professional understanding in such rare scenarios."

Returns & Technical Support

Due to the high-security nature of Apple products, returns are only accepted for "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) units verified by our authorized technicians within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Sealed products where the seal is broken cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.
  • Technical issues post-activation should be addressed through SIMTEL Care or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Data Privacy

Your data is secured using enterprise-grade encryption. We do not sell your personal identifiers. Customer data is used exclusively for order fulfillment, service tracking, and authorized Apple warranty registration.

By using Simtel, you consent to receive critical order-related communications via email and SMS as part of our operational transparency system.
